Ryan graduated with a Masters Degree in Computer Science before landing his first music role at NME. Shortly after he joined the team at Lucid/Sony RCA where he worked as a digital manager across both their domestic and international roster.
A role as head of digital at a leading music agency followed before Ryan left to set up ‘Interlude Artists’ an artist management, marketing consultancy and digital group. Under his supervision the first artist signed to the management roster sold over 250,000 copies of their EP trilogy, before landing major recording (Island/ Universal/ Republic) and publishing deals (BMG Chrysalis).
Current marketing clients include artists signed to Universal Music, Warner and Sony Music, the latter at which Ryan works closely with Relentless Records overseeing the marketing of a number of artists on the roster.
