Leon spent more than a decade working in-house at Universal Music leading insight teams in the UK and internationally. Providing label management, marketing and commercial or business development teams with trends plus updates on music consumers & fans to inform their strategy.

Now running his own audience insights consultancy the All Ears Group, Leon continues to work across a mix of music clients including record labels, artist managers and digital marketing agencies with companies such as Concord Music, Decca Records, Tru Thoughts Records, Universal Music and Blackstar London.
Leon has previously been a guest lecturer at music business degree courses in the UK and been a participant in panel events at Brighton Music Conference, International Live Music Conference – London & Sonar Festival – Barcelona.
