Alex Donelly is a very experienced Digital Service Provider curator, radio programmer, A&R strategist & large scale music live events producer who has recently been working on projects for MTV, EE & Relentless Records.
Alex’s career spans over 25 years including senior leadership positions at BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra, Kiss, EMI Music publishing & Channel 4 Radio. As well as music programming his key skills include talent nurturing, cultural trend analysis and large team leadership.
Career highlights include developing Radio 1’s Live Lounge Brand, Radio 1’s One Big Weekend live event, founding BBC 1Xtra, A&Ring Amy Winehouse’s ‘Back To Black’ album & launching the UK’s first mobile only music Digital Service Provider.
