Laura Erinle is a music industry professional with seven years experience in music licensing, royalties, and education. She is the Education Manager at the Music Managers Forum (MMF), where she leads partnerships with universities and develops training to help managers build sustainable careers. Laura previously lectured in Music Copyright and Music Marketing at Notting Hill Academy of Music and has also worked at PRS for Music, supporting rights management and music creators. She now runs LOOM Talent Agency, supporting emerging artists, and The Good Music Club (TGMC), a curated platform promoting diverse, high-quality music. Laura is currently developing her own publishing company focused on producers in the Afrobeats scene. She is also a GRAMMY voting member and sits on the advisory board of Pathways into Music.
